ABOUT ME

I am a Registered Nurse who practices as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and is a board certified Integrative Nurse Coach trained in Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

My passion is to guide each client into a renewed season of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

As a Marine Corps Veteran certified in Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath, I know how to coach my clients towards inner peace, no matter the external pressures.

Together, we will map out achievable wellness goals within a healthy structure of accountability and encouragement so that you can achieve holistic healing in as little as 12 weeks.

THE M.I.N.D.S.E.T APPROACH

As your Professional Nurse Coach, we’ll develop a collaborative relationship that empowers you to achieve a Mind Set Free.

Through twelve one-hour coaching sessions, we’ll integrate the wellbeing of your mind, body and spirit with the M.I.N.D.S.E.T Method, which uses an integrative approach to holistic healing. 

M: Mindfulness is the foundation of Professional Nurse Coaching. Together, we will examine the thought patterns keeping your mind from freedom, and work toward letting them go.

I: An Individualized approach is used to assess your overall health—physical, mental and spiritual. We will set goals that are specific to you in this season of life.

N: My approach to Nutrition involves eating fruits and vegetables as your main source of nourishment. We will work together to transform your struggles with food. Your relationship with food will be more peaceful and natural.

D: Daily self care is at the core of this transformative experience. Together, we’ll discover effective methods to relieve your stress and renew your spirit.

S: Slowing down is often the best way to speed up. We’ll work to incorporate moments for reflection in your daily routine. Together, we’ll find the meditations and breathing exercises that are best for you. 

E: Empathy for yourself is the source of compassion for others. During our time together, you will learn to love yourself more which leads to deeper love and compassion for others.

T: Time balance is a key component to managing your stress. We will take a close look at your time management to construct better rhythms and flow throughout your day.
